(PUR GREVTLLE's TELEGRAM COMPANY reuter's agents). FIRE AT CHARLESTON. Charleston, Monday. A fire broke out in Princes-street this morning at half-past ten o'clock in the premises occupied by Holmes, hose and oil clothes manufacturer. A pot of tar placed on the stove boiled over and ignited, setting lire to the. place immediately. The entire block of buildings was threatened, and there were great fears of a large conflagration. The fire engine worked well, and by the efforts of the Brigade the flanies were confined to Holmes's premises.

The two adjoining buildings were slightly damaged.
