IN BANKRUPTCY.

John Sullivan.— Mr Home appeared for bankrupt. Mr T. G. Macarthy appeared as opposing creditor. John Sullivan stated in answer to His Honour that the reason why his residence had not been handed over to the trustee was in consequence of the illness of his wife. Examined by Mr Macarthy: I kept no books. The account which I hare lodged in Court is a correct statement of my expenditure. Thomas Q-eorge Macarthy gave evidence in support of bis opposition. Adjourned until next sitting.
