The rules of the Westporfc Jockey Club strictly adhered to. No person will be allowed to . enter or run a horse unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber of half a guinea to the race fund. The foregoing rule will not affect persons who have horses entered for the Packers' and Miners' Purse or Cheroot Pace. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Stewards, at the Post Office. Entrance money to bo enclosed with the name and age of the horse, name of the owner, and colors of the rider. No jockey allowed to ride except in the colors entered, under a penalty of £ 1 Is. There must be three entries, or no race. All entries to bo sent in addressed to the Stewards, Westport, on the 22ud May, at 9 p.m. All prizes paid at the Post Office Hotel, on 25th May, at 0 p.m.
