No entries will be received for any of the races except on the following conditions: — That all disputes, claims, and objec tions rising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or a majority of them, whoso decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the above programme shall be final. The rules of the Westport Jockey Club strictly adhered to. No person will be allowed to enter or run a horse unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber of half a guinea to the race fund. The foregoing rule will not affect persons who have horses entered for the Packers' and Miners' Purse or Cheroot Race. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Stewards, at the Post Office. Entrance money to be enclosed with the name and age of the horse, name of the owner, aud colors of the rider.
