"HEREAS a Memorial has been ! received by the Warden, desiring that the Regulations for WET CLAIMS shall be declared in force at Addison's Flat and Shamrock Lead : this is to give Notice, that the said Regulations will be declared to be in force, in conformity with the said memorial, after the expiration of two weeks from the date hereof, unless good cause can in the meantime be shown to the contrary.
