Phoebe arrived with the European mail, via San Francisco, today. The s.s. Wonga Wonga reached Auckland at 8 a.m, on Friday. She brings the news that the contract of tho Postmaster-General with Mr Webb's agent, Mr Neilson, has been repudiated. Mr Vogel took his departure from San Francisco for Washington on January 13.
