CATTLE TRESPASS ACT, 1868. _lal that on and after the 28th day of March, 1871, the provisions of the Cattle Trespass Act, IBGB, will be enforced on my land, being portion of the Native Reserve, on the South Side of the Builer River, known as Packers' Point, District of Builer, and that it is my intention to claim damages for all cattle, sheep, and pigs trespassing on the said land and properties, whether fenced or unenclosed.
