Candidates must present themselves at Westport Court House, on Saturday, December 17, at 10 o'clock a.m. They must be under fifteen years of age, and have attended a Provincial School for at least one year. Holders of scholarships will have to produce a quarterly certificate as to conduct, attendance, and progress from the Head-master of the College.
