XT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof to grant Leases for G-oldmining purposes of the Crown Land within the District of the Nelson South-West Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz : 1. A block of land, containing eight acres and fifteen perches, more or less, situated at Addison's Flat, Buller district. Applied for by Michael Carmody and party. 2. A block of land, containing ten acres, more or less, situated at Dirty Mary's Creek, Waite's Pakihi, Buller district. Applied for by Patrick O'Toole and party. 3 A block of land, containing ten acres, more or less, situated at Addison's Flat, Buller district. Applied for by Patrick M'Lary and party. 4>. A block of land, containing ten acres, more or less, situated at Fairdowns, Buller district. Applied for by Bichard Lyn Blackmore. 5. A block of land, containing ten acres, more or less, situated at Fairdowns, Buller district. Applied for by Thomas Hirst and party. 6. A block of land, containing five acres three roods and thirty-six perches, more or less, situated at Addison's Flat, Buller district. Applied for by John Keating and party. 7. A block of land, containing ten acres, more or less, situated at Addison's Flat, Buller district. Applied for by Patrick Moran and party. 8. WESTPOET DISTEICT HOSPITAL COMMITTEE. THE Monthly Meeting of this Committee will be held at the Courthouse, THIS EVENING (Tuesday), Ist November, at 8 o'clock. JNO. MHNEO, Hon. Sec. MHNEO, AUCTIONEER, J having removed to the above premises and wharf, begs to notify shippers to this market, that the convenience of wharfage accommodation will effect a considerable saving in shipping charges; and to the trade in Westport and surrounding districts, that he receives regular consignments of Colonial Produce from Nelson, Christchurch, and Dunedin, which can always be had at current rates when not cleared out at auction. Elour, Oats, Chaff, and Bran Potatoes, Turnips, and Carrots Bacon, Hams, Cheese, and Eggs Wheat and Barley Plentiful supply of Grey Coals just landed ex Lyttelton. WANTED a respectable servant girl to do the housework and attend to the Bar. Apply at the Prince of Wales Hotel, Gladstone street.
