A depositor In any one of the Post Ofßcl Banks can continue his deposits at any othel of such Banks, and can withdraw his monew at that Post Office Bank which i s most colli venient to him. I 4 - The strictest secresy is observed wit! respect to the names of depositors in Posl < )ffice Banks, and the amounts of their de possits. 6. Money may be deposited by or on be half of minors.
