Oliver Wendell Holmes says that widows who cry easy are first to marry again. There is nothing like wet weather for transplanting. An intelligent gentleman from Germany, on his first visit to an American church, had a contribution box with a hole in the top presented to him, and whispered to the collector " I don't get mein papers unt can't vote."
