Each Tenderer will be required to give security a3 provided for on the form of tender, for a sum equal to 20 percent, on the amount of the tender, binding the Tenderer to take up the service tendered for and. execute the necessary contract bond, in the event of his tender being accepted. Forms of tender and security, with terms and conditions of contract, may be procured at any Post-office. No tender will be considered eligible unless made on the Printed Form provided by the Department. Tenders to be endorsed—"Tender for Mail Service, No. ," and addressed to the Postmaster-General.
