William Aventon Kiely and Robert Pollock, sworn and filed herein, I do order that Robert Pollock, a Curator of the Estates of deceased persons, shall be administrator of all and singular the goods, chattels, and effects of the said John M'Kinley, deceased intestate, and that he shall exhibit unto this Court a true and faithful inventory of all the estate and effects on or before the second day of December next, and also file a true account of his administration thereof on or before the Ninth day of May, One thousand Eight hundred and Seventy-one, and that this order be published in the " Westport Times," as the Intestate Estates Act, 1865, direct.
