TENDERS will be received at the Post Office at Westport till the 30th September next, for the conveyance of Mails between the undermentioned places from the Ist January to the 31st December, 1871, both days included. Frequency each way. 1 Westport andCharleston'once daily *2 Charleston and Brighton]twice weekly *3 Westport and Addison twice weekly *4 Westport and Kochfordi twice weekly *5 Westport and Lyell once for t- * nightly. Services marked thus * to be terminable by the Postmaster-General, on giving six weeks' notice in writing. Services at preseut performed by coach may be tendered for to be performed by mail-cart. Each Tenderer will be required to give security as provided for on the form of tender, for a sum equal to 20 per cent, on the amount of the tender, binding the Tenderer to take up the service tendered for and execute the necessary contract bond, in the event of his tender being accepted. Eorms of tender and security, with terms and conditions of contract, may be procured at any Post-office. No tender will be considered eligible unless made on the Printed Eorm provided by the Department. EOR SALE OR TO LET, THOSE Premises, at Westport, known as LESLIE'S WESTPORT BREWERY. The building consists of two storeys and cellars, and is fitted up with all the requisite machinery, consisting of Boilers, Mash-tuns, Coolers, Goils, Malt-grinder, Pump, &c. The machinery is worked by a water-wheel, with an ample supply of water. The lands connected with .the Brewery extend over an area of fifty acres, six of which are well timbered, giving a supply of fuel for years to come. There being no other Brewery in the neighbourhood this is a rare opening to any one commencing business. The premises can be seen, and all other information obtained on application to MR. DAVID LESLIE, Westport.
