UPON reading the affidavits of James Driver and Robert Pollock, sworn and filed herein, I bo order that Robert Pollock, a Curator of the Estates of Deceased Persons, shall be administrator of all and singular the goods, chattels and effects of the said John Rumney deceased, Intestate, and that he shall exhibit unto this Court a true and faithful inventory of all the Estate and Effects, on or before the 12th day of November next, and also file a true n.p<?m-mt, of his administration thereof, on or before the 27th day of April, 1871, and that this order be published in the " "Westport Times," as the " Intestate Estates Act; 1865," directs. In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Acts, 1867 and 1868," and in the matter of the Deed of Assignment, dated the 10th day of June, IS7O, made by WALTER BISHOP to ROBERT CALDWELL REID and JAMES WILSON HUMPHREY, in trust for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said WALTER BISHOP. "OTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Trustees herein to apply to this Court on Monday, the 22nd day of August instant, at 12 o'clock noon at the Court-house, Westport, for a declaration of complete execution of the above-mentioned Deed. In reMYRICK JONES, a Bankrupt J_M Special Meeting of Creditors of the bankrupt will be held at the Court-house, Charleston, on Wednesday, the 31st August instant, at 12 o'clock noon, to consider and determine upon a proposition made on behalf of the Bankrupt, for taking the estate out of Bankruptcy, and for the payment to the Creditors of the sum of five shillings in the pound in full for their several claims.
