Maize, falling, at 4s Id to 4s 3d. Wool sales have been brisk ; 284 hales were sold yesterday at a slight advance on previous rates. The Anti-State Aid Bill has been read a first time in the Council. The Maharajah of Caßhmere has sent to Queen Victoria, by Prince Alfred, a shawl on which 300 weavers have been constantly at work for three years. It is the most magnificent shawl ever made.
