F. Smyth and C 0.," was this day Dissolved by mutual consent; and, in future, the business will be carried on by the said John Corr on his separate account. ELECTION NOTICE. ELECTORAL DISTEICT OF WESTLAND NOETH. -*- an Act of the G-eneral Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Eegulation of Elections Act, 1858," I, Joseph Giles, Eeturning Officer for the Electoral District of "Westland North, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the ninth day of June, 1870, issued under the hand of his Excellency the G-overnor of New Zealand, an election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a member of the House of Bepresentatives for the said Electoral District, and that the nomination of candidates will take place at the Court-house, "Westport, on Saturday the second day of July, 1870, and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on Saturday, the ninth day of July, 1870. Dated this 22nd day of June, 1870.
