In Bankruptcy. ■i-N Deed dated the 10th day of June instant, made between WALTER BISHOP of the first part, Robebt Caldwell Beid and James Wilson Httmbhbet of the second part, and the several other persons respectively Creditors of the said Walter Bishop of the third part; the said Walter Bishop assigned, transferred, and set over all and singular the goods, wares, merchandise, stock-in-trade, debts, moneys, securities for money, and all the estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever belonging, due, or owing to him the said Walter Bishop as in the said Deed described unto the said Robert Caldwell Reid and James Wilson Humphrey their executors, administrators, and assigns, upon certain trusts for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said Walter Bishop ; and further that the said Deed was duly executed by the said Walter Bishop on the 10th day of June instant, in presence of, and the same is attested by William Pitt, of Weetport, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and the same may forthwith be executed by the Creditors of the said Walter Bishop. Dated this 13th day of June, 1870. W. & H. PITT, Solicitors in the matter of the said Deed. TENDERS. RENDERS will be received by the Trustees in the Assigned Estate of W. Bishop, for the purchase of the Stock of Books, Stationery, &c, on or before Wednesday, at 12 o'clock noon. The Stock may be seen from 10 to 12 o'clock This Day and To-morrow, on the premises. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. If not disposed of by tender, the whole will be sold by Auction on Saturday next.
