EXPORTS. Per Wallabi, for Wangauui—3s tons coal, Freeth and Greig; 100 hides, Hurst; 44 kegs butter, order ; 11 kegs, Waters ; 2 hhd ale, Freeth and Greig. Per Hose of Eden, for Havelock —l2 bags oats, 14 kegs butter, order. The s.s. Kennedy arrived at Westport from Hokitika and Greymouth yesterday morning, and sailed for Nelson the same morning at nine o'clock. The s.s. Wallabi arrived here on Thursday last, landed stock and coal, and sailed at 4 p.m. for Wanganui. Up to the closing of the Telegraph Office, yesterday evening, the departure of the s.s. Murray for Westport had not been announced. The s.s. Waipara had a narrow escape from capsizing on Monday last, while crossing the Hokitika bar to tender the Tararua. The sea was very rough. While in the break, she turned round, being unable to reach the steamer, when she was struck by a heavy sea, which smashed her bulwarks, and she returned to port with difficulty.
