Newspapers foi the United Kingdom, <?u Panama or Suez, one penny; and Marseilllei threepence each. 5 In consequence of newspapers being fr* quently posted in packages of more than, on, number, the same are detained at the Ohio] Post-office, and attention is called to tho fol. lowing postal regulation:— " Newspapers for transmission within thj colony shall be posted in single numbers so put up that the date of publication may h readily seen. Packages of newspapers consist ing of more than one number shall be ti.-eated as bookpackages.
