Thomas M'Q-rath.—To construct a tail-race, commencing 300 yards southeast of O'Sullivan's claim and terminating at applicant's claim on Waite's Pakihi. Length 1000 yards. Applicant did not appear. Struck out. Thomas Dickman and others.—To construct a dam 60 feet by 120 feet in a creek between German and Caledonia Terraces. Struck out,.applicants not appearing. John Braithwaite and others.—To occupy a frontage of 170 feet for a tunnelling claim, about 400 yards from White's tunnel. Length of tunnel 1000 feet. Applicants did not appear. Struck out.
