' In consequence of newspapers being frequently posted in packages of more thai one number, the same are detained at the Chief Post-office, and attention is called to the fol. lowing postal regulation: " Newspapers for transmission within the colony shaU be posted in single numbers, so put up that the date of publication may be readily seen Packages of newspapers consist mg of more than one number shall be treated as bookpackages.
