ME. KYNNERSLEY'S APPOINTMENT NEGATIVED. (BY ELEOTRIO TELEGRAPH.) (eEOM OTJB OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Nelson, Friday, 4 p.m. Superintendent in anticipation of votes of censure and no confidence has made oiFers to the Council of a partially responsible Executive. The Council has appointed a deputation to confer with his Honor. Besult debated to-nigbt. Eynnersley asked for an early answer respecting his appointment; he is intending to stand for Westland North. The Council declined his appointment 18 to 3; all the West Coast members voting with the majority.
