All winners excluded from this race. Rules and Regulations. No entries will be received for any of the races except on the following conditions : —That all disputes, claims, and objections rising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or a majority of them, whose decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the above programme shall be final. The rules of the W. J. 0. strictly adhered to. No person will be allowed to enter or run a horse unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber of £1 to the race fund, or be a member of the club. The foregoing rule will not affect persons who have horses entered for the Packers' and Miners' Purse, Butchers' Purse, or Ccnsolation Stakes. All entries to be sealed and ad dressed to the Secretary. Entrance money to be enclosed with the name and age of the horse, name of the owner, and colors of the rider. No jockey allowed to ride except in the colors entered, under a penalty ot £1 Is. There must be three entries, or n« All entries to be sent in addressed to the Secretary, Post Office Hotel; Westport, on the 23rd December, at 9 p.m. All prizes paid at the Post Office Hotel, ou Thursday, 30th December, at 9 p.m. A bell will ring for Saddling and Starting.
