£SO REWARD. Tin HEBE AS on the morning of Saturday the 18th of December, 1869, some person or persons, at present unknown, did wilfully and maliciously set fire to a certain house, situated on the Esplanade, Westport, the above reward will be given by the Provincial Government to any person who shall the apprehension and conviction of the offender or offenders. Bowen, Esquire, Court-house, Charleston, on the 18th December, 1869, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, but not being provided with proof of their claims, the meeting was adjourned until Friday the 24th December, 1869, at 4< o'clock in the afternoon, at place aforesaid, at which time and place the Creditors failed to attend, thereby the meeting stands adjourned until the 31st December, 1869, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of C. In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act 1867, the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act 1868, and in the matter of JOHN STUART FLEMING and JAMES MURRAY, both of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, Drapers, carrying on business in copartnership under the style or firm of Fleming and Murray. _i3l deed bearing date the 16th day of December, 1869, and made between the said John Stuart Fleming and James Murray of the first part, John M'lntosh, of the City of Nelson, merchant, and John Haddin Barr, of the City of Dunedin, merchant, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names are thereunto subscribed, being creditors of the said John Stuart Fleming and James Murray, of the third part, the said John Stuart Fleming and James Murray conveyed and assigned all their real and personal estate and effects unto the said John M'lntosh and John Haddin Barr, their executors, administrators, and assigns upon trust for the benefit of all the creditors of the said John Stuart Fleming and James Murray. And notice is hereby further given that the said deed was duly executed by the said John Stuart Fleming and James Murray in the presence of and is attested by George Samuel Wegg Home, of Charleston, in the Province of Nelson, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the said deed is also executed by the said John M'lntosh and John Haddin Barr. And notice is hereby further given, that the said deed was duly filed in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Nelson on Thursday, the 23rd day of December, 1869.
