The steamers John Penn and Wallabi may be expected within the next twenty-four hours with cattle from Wanganui. The John Penn will proceed to the southern ports, and, on her return, will sail for Nelson and Manukau. The steamer Charles Edward, it will be seen, returned yesterday to Nelson from Manukau and Wanganui. The s.s.
