(To the Editor of the Westport Times.)
_ Sir, —You would greatly oblige by giving space in the Westport Timrs to the following letter, which the Charlesion Herald would not insert. Here is the copy : " Mr Editor, —In your report of the proceedings of the Warden's Court of the 2nd inst. I noticed that no mention is made of Gray and party v. M'Mynn and party. " That case involving- a most extraordinary attempt at jumping, I feel puzzled to accoTint for the equally extraordinary suppression in your paper, as it could scarcely have arisen from oversight, seeing that the chief plaintiff was your own brother. " W. Oseoujte, a shareholder of M'Mynn and party." I am, yours respectfully, W. 03EORN"E. Charleston, Dec. 9.
