The Proprietors, not being in a position to advance the sum required, have proposed to assign their interest in the Beef, Machinery, &c, to the Company for the sum of £4500, which will be paid to them by 900 Shares in the Capital Stock of the Company, fully paid up.. The fact of the Proprietors receiving payment in paid-up Share in the Capital Stock of the Company, without any cash payments, is certainly strong evidence of their faith in the undertaking, and proof of bona fides. Applications for the remaining 1100 Shares, terms in of this Prospectus, may be made to any of the Provisional Directors at the Temporary Office of the Company, or to any of the Brokers. Allottees of Shares will be required to pay the deposit of 10s. on application, and the sum of £1 on allotment prior to such allottees having any of the rights of shareholders.
