ELECTORAL DISTRICT OP DULLER. 1"N pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled " The Regulation of Elections Act, 1838," I, Joseph Giles, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Buller, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a writ bearing date the twenty-second day of September, 1869, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an election will be held for the return of two qualified persons to serve as Members of the Provincial Council of Nelson for the said Electoral District, and that the nomination of candidates will take place at the Court-house, Westport, on Saturday the thirteenth day of November, 18G9, and that the poll (if necessary) will be taken on "Wednesday, the seventeenth day of November, 1569.
