Deed bearing date the twenty, second day of September instant, made between the said Flobian Adank of the first part, William John Pattebson of Westport, Merchant, and Thomas Field of the same place, Ironmonger, of the second part, and the several Creditors of the said Floeian Adank of the third part, the said Flobian Adank conveyed and assigned all and singular the real and personal estate herein described unto the said William John Pattebson and Thomas Field, their executors, administrators, and assigns, upon certain trusts for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said Floeian Adank. And notice is hereby further given that the said Deed was duly executed on the twenty-second day of September instant, in presence of, and the same is attested by William Pitt of Westport, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the same Deed was this day filed in this Court, and the same may forthwith be executed by all Creditors of the said Floeian Adank.
