And notice is hereby further given that the said Deed was duly executed on the twenty-second day of September instant, in presence of, and the same is attested by William Pitt of Westport, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the same Deed was this day filed in this Court, and the same may forthwith be executed by all Creditors of the said Floeian Adank.
