COMMERCIAL.
Leave was given to Mr Dillon Bell in the Legislative Assembly, on the 22nd. ult., to ints oduce a Bill to facilitate the delivery of goods carried by sea to ports in the Colony, and to give shipowners a lien for freight. The object of the Bill was to give power to shipowners to enter goods in case of the owner not doing so, and to give a lien where the freight was not paid upon landing the same.
