ALARMING NATIVE NEWS.

TEOOPS AT MELBOURNE SENT EOR. (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.) (PEOM OUB OWN COEEESPONDENT.) Wellington, Friday. Serious news has been received by the Government with regard to the movements and designs of the Natives. It has not yet been divulged to the House, but it is supposed that the King has joined Te Kooti, and that some serious outbreak is imminent. Both Houses passed a resolution last night, empowering commissioners to visit Melbourne immediately, to wait upon General Chute, and to ask the assistance of the troops under his command, the Colony to pay the expense. In the 'House of Representatives the resolution was moved by Mr Fox, and seconded by Mr Stafford. All important resolutions have been postponed until after the Financial Statement, which will be made by the Colonial Treasurer, Mr Vogel, on Tuesday next.
