Twopence, Exceeding half-an-ouuee but not exceeding one ounce ... ... Pourpence. For every ounce or fraction of an ounce over one ounce ... Pourpence lII.—-Ixterprovixcial Letters. Posted at any Post-office within the colon} for delivery at or from any in ac/ other province within the polony— Not exceeding half an ounce, Threepence. Exceeding half-an-ounce but not exceeding one ounce Sixpence. For every ounce or fraction of aa ounce over one ounce Sixpence NEWSPAPERS. Forplaces within the eolonv, the Australian Colonies, and tlkr U'.nted Kingdom, v s a Sue2 and Southampton, are chargeable w'oh a rate of one penny. . . I-n o-r-- of newspapers being frequtiuly posted in packages of more than one ■sir.aT.hijr, the same are detained at the Chief i'Ost-ciilee, and attention is called to the folpostal regulation:— - \ Newspapers for transmission within the jgblany shall be posted in single numbers, so put up that the date of publication may be readily seen. Packages of newspapers consisting of more than one number shall be treated as bookpackages.
