ANNOUNCEMENT OE THEIR POLICY. {BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.) (fKOM OTTIt OW2T COEHESPOXDEKT.) "Wellington, Wednesday. Mr Eox, to-day, announced the policy of the new Executive. There will be a reduction of expenditure. "War operations will be strictly defensive. , A loan will be raised, if required. Two regiments from Home will be sought for. Provincial institutions will be left alone where they are self-supporting. If otherwise, they will he abolished.
