FORMATION OF A NEW MINISTRY. MESSRS VOGEL AND M'LEAN MEMBERS. (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.) (ritOM otjh owx cobrespostjejit.) Wellixgtox, Friday. Mr Vogol and Mr M : Lean were sworn in to-day as members of the new Executive. It is supposed that Mr Vogel is to be Colonial Treasurer, and that Mr M'Lean is to be Native Minister. The Canterbury members refuse to join Mr Fox in forming a Ministry. It is alleged that the removal of the seat ,of Government to Auckland was held out as a means of securing votes in the late division.
