Per Wallabi, from Wanganui—G2 head of cattle (4 cows), 200 sheep, 4 tons bran, 3 do on inns, 1 do butter, 7 do salt, 3 cattle-dogs, 1 Crate fowls, Freeth and Greig. The s.s. Kennedy, which arrived last evening, had about 200 eases of Fiji oranges on deck. The Bruce had a deck cargo of sheep from Moti eV.

The brigantine Prosperity, a recent addition to Messrs Spence Brothers' line of vessels, may now be expected daily from Melbourne.

Some little difficulty has arisen in completing the legal transfer of the ships and hulks lately sold at Wellington for the Panama Company. The buyers are advised not to pay their balances just yet. The hulk City of Newcastle is to be fitted out for sea.

Messrs Henderson, M'Farlane, and Co., of Auckland, who own the Lord Ashley, Phoebe, and Airedale, have obtained the remainder of the contract of the Panama Company, for convevins; the inter-provincial mails between the Bluff and Auckland. The subsidy is £IO,OOO a year.
