Melbourne.—By the s.s. Omco, Melbourne news to the Sth has been received. The following items of comrecrcial intelligence have been telegraphed:— Best brands of flour vary from .£l3 15s to £l4. Wheat is easier; Victorian, 6s. Oats, 38 lOdto 4s for small lots. A sale of Mauritius sugars drew a large attendance. 6432 brigs were offered, and, with the exception of 1700, were all sold at good nnd various prices. Corn sacks, in bond, lis 9d. Woolpacks enquired for. Salt a shade under £6. lien nessy's reported at 27s 6d.
