TIMES OF MAILS CLOSING. For Nelson, per Kennedy, this day, at noon. The times of closing the Overland Mails at he Post-office, Westport, will bt as follows: On and after Monday next, February the 22nd, the mails to Rochfort will close at Westport on Tuesday and Saturday, at halfpast 7 a.m., and at Rochfort for Westport on Wednesday, at 2 p.m., and Saturday, at 5 p.m., in each week. For Charleston, St. Kilda, Brighton, and Greymouth, at 8 a.m. on Mon lay in each week. Bor Charleston, St. Kilda, and Brighton, at 8 a.m. on Tuesday and Friday. For Addison's Flat, at 8 a.m. on Monday and Thursday. MAILS WILL ARRIVE.
