Keogh, Esq., will sell by public auction, as above— All that fine Parcel of Land, situated on the North Bank of the Orawaiti, adjoining Jones's, and consisting of 39 Acres, held under the Agricultural Leases, for a period yet unexpired of six-and-a-half years, at the annual rental at £4 17s 6d. The Auctioneer, before submitting the above property to the hammer, would respectfully request intending purchasers to visit the grounds, which are within an easy distance of town, and judge for themselves. They will find, however, that the greater part of the section has been partly cleared, and four or five acres also are under cultivation as a market and flower garden. The Cottage and Out-build-ings are erected on an elevation, which is second to no place in New Zealand for a suburban residence.
