ELECTION NOTICE. ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF BULLER. TN pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the G-eneral Assembly of New Zealand, intituled " The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," I, Joseph Giles, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Buller, do a writ, bearing date the 16th day of November, 1868, issued under the hand of his Honor the Superintendent of the province of Nelson, an Election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a member of the Provincial Council of the Province of. Nelson for the said Electoral District, and that the nomination of Candidates will take place at the Court House, Westport, on Saturday the 9th day of January, 1869; and that the Poll (if necessary) will be takon on Wednesday the 13th day of January, 1869.
