EXPORTS. Per Charles Edward from Greymouth—3 oxes gold, Bank of New Zealand. (3200oz's lldwts 16grs.) The s.s. Beautiful Star is not coming to this port as we mentioned a few days ago. A telegram was received yesterday, stating that her cargo and passengers wouldbe transhipped ut Nelson to the Kennedy for this port. The Waipara left Hokitika at half-past eight on Friday morning, and came in with yesterday evening's tide. She landed three passengers at Brighton, but could not get into Charleston, the sea being too rough. As will be seen by advertisement, she leaves on Monday for the south. The Yarra is once more afloat at Hokitika. Her new owners lost no time in getting the old craft out of her uncomfortable position, but the woi'k of her re-launch, which looked Somewhat formidable, was greatly assisted by the tremendous seas which broke against her. She is now moored close to the wreck of the Frederick, and will be shortly hauled up the river in order to undergo the repairs necessary to render her seaworthy. Her new owners are Messrs Louisson and Co., who bought her for .£l5O.
The 5.9. John Tcini left Ilokitika yesterday morning, and called iuto Greymoutli. She will probably be here to-day. The brig Clarendon got ashore at Grey mouth on Saturdaylast, but, after discharging part of her cargo., she was towed off by the Dispatch The schooner Union, of Melbourne, foundered off Babel Island, in the Straits, on the 25th ult., having sprung a leak. Captain Andrews and his crew reached Swan Island in their boat, and were taken thence to Ilobart Town by the steamship Southern Cross.
