THE MAIL FOR NELSON.
(To the Editor of the Westport Times and Charleston, Argus.) Sir.—l have every reason to believe that, owing to the negligence of the Postal Authorities here, the mail for Nelsou, which should have been forwarded yesterday, by the Charles Edward, was not. If such is the case, I am a loser thereby, and consider that, at the least, such carelessness calls for severe reprehension.—l am, Sir, Tours truly. "W". Quinlan. Westport, Nov. 20.
