DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. rriHE Partnership hitherto existing between Louis Pensisti and Flokian Adank, as Storekeepers and Butchers, at the Lyell, under the firm of Louis Pensini, and Co., has this day been DISSOLVED by mutual consent. All accounts owing to the Hokitika branch will be received by Daniel Buntin, by whom all debts due by that branch will be paid, and all accounts owing to the Westport branch will be received by James Powell, who will pay all debts due by the Westport branch.
