I HEREBY caution you not to pay any rent to Mr John Jervis of Nelson, Innkeeper, or to Mr George Jervis of Westport, Commission Agent for the premises respectively occupied by you on the above Allotment, as an action for specific relief between myself andothers,plrintiffs, against Hori teKeramo, and others, including the said John Jervis, and George Jervis as defendants, isyiow pending in the Supreme Court, and has been duly registered, to compel the said John Jervis and George Jervis to bring into Court a deed of conveyance, collusively obtained by them, to be cancelled, and to get other DATED this Eighth Day of October, 1868.
