IHEBEBY caution you not to pay any rent to Mr John Jervis of Nelson, Innkeeper, or to Mr Geoige Jervis of Westport, Commission Agent for the premises respectively occupied by you on the above Allotment, as an action for specific relief between myself and others, against Hori te Keramo, and others, including the said John Jervis, and George Jervis as defendants, is now pending in the Supreme Court, and has been duly registered, to compel the said John Jervis and Greorge Jervis to bring into Court a deed of conveyance, collusively obtained by them, to be cancelled, and to get other other relief.
