Treasury bills amounting to £64,000, to be paid off with £46,000 cash in hand, and the balance out of extraordinary revenue. The Provinces of Taranaki, Marlborough, and Southland, to receive temporary advances against Land fund. Telegraph expenditure, to be chargeable equally against Provinces and General Government.
