The s.s. Kennedy left Nelson on Monday at five p.m., and Motueka on Tuesday at 10 a.m., ■where she took in cargo. She came up to Powell's wharf at seven a.m. yesterday. The-John Pe'nn was on the gridiron at Nel-son-being painted, &c, when the Kennedy left, and was announced to leave for "VVestport this morning. The Alhambra passed this port yesterday afternoon en route for Wellington. The p.s. Charles Edward, left Grey mouth at nine a.in. yesterday, arrived outside the bar ot three p.m., and steamed up to the lower wharf in splendid style yesterday evening. The p.s. Nelson, left the Grey at eleven a.m. yesterday; e*ame outside.the bar at hulf-past three, and took her place outside the Charles Edward at the lower wharf yesterday evening.

The Wallabi left Wanganui on Monday, ■c .i~ie outside the bar at three p.m. yesterday, and moved outside the Kennedy at Powell's wharf. She brings a number of cattle, sheep, and pigs.
