T HEREBY give notice, that by •virtue of Distress Warrants under the hand of the Resident Magistrate, I will sell by Public Auction on the claims of the above defendants, situated on the Cement Lead, Waite's Pakihis, on TUESDAY the Ist DAY OE SEPTEMBER, 1868, at 12 o'clock noon, unless the debt and costs be soones satisfied, all right title, and interest of the above defendants to the undermentioned property: Extended Claim "Water Races Crushing Machine Appliances complete 20 ounces of gold more or less FRANK O'BRIEN, Bailiff.
