[By Electric Telegraph.] Wellington, Thursday. * August 13. The great debate was brought to a close last evening. Mr. Pox spoke for three hours, and made a telling and powerful speech, in which he criticised with great severity the acts o the Ministry. The division took place at midnight, and resulted in the Government obtaining a majority of nine votes.
