NOTICE fa hereby given that a Sitting of the District Court of Westland North, for the disposal of Criminal and other business, will be hsld at the Court House, Westport, on Tuesday the 18th day of August, Instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon. TENDERS will be received until 4 p.m. Saturday, August loth at this office, where Specifications may be seen, for keeping in repair the Tracks from Westport to Addison's, and Caledonian Lead. No tender will be entertained unless it contains the names of two satisfactory Sureties who will guarantee the due performance of the contract 1 Each track to be tendered for separately, and the lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
